The employee contribution program, otherwise known as payroll, is a voluntary financial support for a social goal chosen by an employee. Payroll consists in monthly transfers of a declared amount from a salary. An employee may at any time change the amount of support, as well as resign from participation in the program

By giving employees a chance to get involved in helping, you promote a culture of corporate social responsibility. Employees who want to help specifically and regularly, can do it in an easy and long-term way, without having to remember about monthly payments.
