Our actions

THIS IS WHAT WE DO!

In 2016,“Uskrzydleni“ Foundation conducted a series of “Mom and Me” workshops for mothers living in Swierczewo in Poznan. In some activities, children participated with their mothers. Through culinary and artistic workshops, we worked to deepen womens‘ self-worth and to develop family relationships.

We also work with the Swierczewo Housing Estate Council, MOPR and the Primary School No. 79 in Poznan. We want to exert a good influence on the residents of the estate and involve them socially.

In June 2016, „Uskrzydleni“ Foundation together with „Inny Dom” Association organized a family festival on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of „Nibylandia“. We invited families from Swierczewo to play together. The festival was under the patronage of the Swierczewo Estate Council. An evening performance was graced by a rapper Kolah, who gave young people and children a valuable message.

In 2017, the Foundation took under its wings the Sociotherapeutic Daycare Center „Nibylandia”, previously run by „Inny Dom” Association.

„Nibylandia“ is developing and giving wings to more and more children from Swierczewo in Poznan. We offer pedagogical and psychological assistance to children, as well as artistic workshops, sociotherapy and other attractive activities. In 2017, with support, we were able to renovate our building and equip it with new furniture and appliances. After the holidays, children returned to a clean and colorful place where they feel safe and can develop better.

hanks to „Uskrzydleni“ Foundation and the support of PEPCO and FIBARO, in 2017 and 2018, 25 children took part in a summer camp organized at the Center in Marylin.

In March 2018, „Uskrzydleni“ Foundation together with Homo Homini Foundation organized a training for educators and therapists in a therapeutic program “Feel, Trust, Speak”. The training was conducted by Grzegorz Paź.

In April 2018, clay and plaster workshops were held in „Nibylandia“, attended by scouts and instructors from Royal Rangers Polska.
